A passion for dance from an early age, coupled with the technical training of a degree at the prestigious Trinity Laban Conservatoire; have given me an excellent foundation to become an adaptable, inclusive, freelance dance artist; in professional performance, teaching, and choreographic work.

Over the past decade, I have provided over 300 primary and secondary schools with pre and post school clubs, weekly curricular sessions, GCSE dance lessons; as well as devising and creating unique schemes of work, resource packs, and staff CPD training.

 

Alongside dance in schools, I work as a dance therapist in various hospitals across London, looking at creative movement play, cognitive and emotional exploration, whilst working with the setting to expand and support their current focus.
